CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Fenz Salon has a 25% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Fenz Salon at (717) 314-7831 or fenzsalon@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.

Annette Dunlap
Annette has been a stylist and manager since 1991, before opening her own salon in 2025. She enjoys all aspects of her career. Annette specializes in color and highlighting and has advanced training in color and helping guests determine the best color for their skin tones. . She also enjoys cutting, styling, long hair, and specialty looks. Getting to know her clients, helping them solve their hair "issue", and making them feel better about themselves is her favorite part of daily work. When not in the salon, Annette enjoys spending time with her family, loving on her grandchildren and cruising on the Harley with her husband. Lori Devine
Lori has been a manager stylist since 1992 and owner since 2018. She enjoys time with her family, grandchildren and friends. Her love for the salon industry has kept her dedicated. These years have given Lori a wide range of expertise. She specializes in color and transformation. Lori has a lot of experience in upstyles and special occasion looks. She spent several years working in educating other stylists. Lori is committed to working with her guests to ensure that they can recreate the look they are trying to achieve on a daily basis. She is excited to serve and help you become a better you!
